The short version

Rail.fm shows you concerts we think you'll like. Event details come from ticket sellers, venues, and public listings; we work hard on accuracy but shows change, get cancelled, and sell out — always confirm with the venue or ticket seller before traveling. We are not the ticket seller: purchases happen on the seller's site under the seller's terms.

Your account

You must be 13 or older. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (scraping, spam, attempting to game recommendations).

Your data rights and ours

Your listening data stays yours; you grant us permission to use it to run the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Our event database, recommendation scores, and site content belong to Rail.fm; you may not scrape or republish them at scale without permission.

Ticket purchases and affiliate links

Ticket links lead to third-party sellers. We may earn a commission on purchases. Pricing, availability, refunds, and delivery are entirely the seller's responsibility.

No guarantees

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any event listing is accurate or that an event will occur. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months (for a free account: zero).

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email. Georgia, USA law governs. Questions: contact@rail.fm.
